Dr. Michelle Gonsolin, or Dr. Michelle/Dr. G
Dr. Michelle Gonsolin, or Dr. Michelle/Dr. G, attained her DVM degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies in 2006. She received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She started at a very young age taking an interest in a variety of animals…she caught lizards, rescued turtles, and grew up around dogs. After veterinary school, she returned back to the Bay Area and joined Arroyo August of 2007 and became the clinic owner in February 2016. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, son, the family dog, Thor (boxer/pit bull mix), and 2 cats, Roxy (tabby) and Finn (gray).
Dr. Megan Nakagawa, or Dr. Megan/Dr. N
Dr. Megan Nakagawa, or Dr. Megan/Dr. N, became interested in veterinary medicine as a young girl soon after convincing her parents to let her adopt a blind dog. She grew up in San Jose and attended Leigh High School. She went to undergrad at UC Davis where she majored in Animal Science and competed on the intercollegiate gymnastics team. Next she attended Oregon State University in Corvallis where she earned her DVM in June 2010. Dr. N joined Arroyo Animal Clinic in September 2010. She has a Heeler/Australian shepherd mix named Miley.
Dr. Ekaterina Fedorova, or Dr. Kate
Dr. Ekaterina Fedorova, or Dr. Kate grew up in Perm, Russia and attended Perm State Agricultural Academy where she received her DVM degree. She graduated in 2004 and has worked at several hospitals in Perm and Saint Petersburg, Russia. In 2011 Dr. Kate moved to California and started her career in the USA. She has special interests in preventative/general medicine, soft tissue surgery and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Kate lives in Sunnyvale and joined Arroyo in September 2017. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and daughter. In addition to that big family she has two dogs Jack Russell Terrier and Chihuahua mix, two Cats, a Greek tortoise and a Fish.
